Technical specifications:
- Resistive alloy wire wound on mica paper support
- Mica paper insulation thickness 0.3 to 1 mm
- Most mica heaters are round or square but any shape is possible, send your drawing with your enquiry to our sales department

- Voltage: 24 to 440 V, 1 or 3 Ph
Possible variations:
- Insulation in mineral mica, maximum temperature 500°c, maximum size 100x200mm
- Clamping plate in main steel or stainless steel
Assembly:
The mica paper heaters are clamped against the part to heat with a clamping plate in stainless steel or main steel. It is recommended to have a good surface contact between the heater and the part to heat to achieve a good heat transfer and a good duration.
You must use a temperature control device to regulate the temperature of your process.
